I miss you Gilly. I was remembering how you let me hold my 25th birthday party at your flat in Highgate. I sent out invites with your address as the party venue, you were amused when you received yours in the post! We had a lot of fun that day.. sunbathing on your roof terrace before realising we had a party to prepare. You lent me a beautiful silk cream dress and Chanel pink nail varnish. Fabulous party, cake, champagne 🍾. I cried a bit thinking of you today, so many years later. And then I thought..If, within these happiest memories we can erase Time (for it is only our creation, a perception man has made), then I know you will be waiting behind the Narnia door.
